I'm hooked on this series

I've been hooked on this series staring with KingPin Wifey Book #1. I just finished #4 of the series and can't wait to read the next book. The book kept my attention throughout, a real page turner. At times I forgot that I was reading a book, I could visualize the characters in their environment based on how well K. Elliot's character descriptions. You won't want to put the book down. Another plus is that this book seemed to be longer(more pages) so it was well worth the cost. You won't be disappointed.

THE SUSPENSE

I have read a book this juicy in quite a while! Kevin Elliot detailed the betrayal, SUSPENSE, and the love between the characters so well! And what I really like about the book is that I can relate to a lot and it draws you into the story even more! This is a series that you can't put down and it only gets better and better! Make sure to start this series...you won't regret it!!!!!

I enjoyed reading all of Kingpin Wifeys series 1-4, series 5-7, the final season, Kingpin Wifeys season 2 Part 1 and season 2 Part 2. Whoever did not read this yet it is worth your money, but the only thong is that at the end of the book it say if you write a review to kelliott3@gmail.com you will get a free ebook but that is not true he owes me five free ebook and have not recieved one yet. I wrote to Mr. Elliott about this but all I got was I'm glad that you enjoyed the book, I even send him a copy of the back of the book where it say you will get a free ebook and still no free books and I have been ignored about my five free ebook. It should stand by his word that he wrote on the last page but he doesn't, so if you send a review to him please do not look forward to getting your free ebook and he will just ignore you

Dominant & His Dominatrix

In Jennifer Probst's latest Steele Brother book, Dare Me, she has written Rafe Steele's story about a dominant male who wants to be dominated by a woman in the bedroom. This is a secret he's been keeping from his ultra dominant brothers. He embarks on Madam Eve's services to fulfill his ultimate fantasy of submission. Enter Summer Preston, an innocent looking woman who wants to be a Dominatrix. I enjoyed that these characters were strong and not afraid of going after what they wanted in and out of the bedroom. I liked that Rafe still showed dominant tendencies even when he was submitting to Summer and made the sex scenes hotter. Now, it's up to Rafe to accept the ultimate dare of losing his heart and submitting his body for all time. This was a surprising twist from the previous two Steele Brother books yet I still enjoyed it tremendously.

Very Short read. Appx 40 pages long. Basically a one night stand turning into a passionate true love, resulting in Marriage. Storyline: they meet, they have sex all night, they live happily ever after. I got it on my Kindel, so was really surprised it ended so quickly. I really like Jennifer Probst books so that is why I got the whole series, which are about the main characters two brothers. So it is basically 3 different books, approximately 40 pages long each with same storyline.

A decadent dare to be different between a man who can’t admit he wants to submit and a woman whose dominant tendencies are hidden behind wholesome image.

Rafe Steele is a decorated war hero who has lead men into hostile territory and brought them back because of his ability to take charge. His strong dominant show just about every aspect of his life except one. He desires to yield control in the bedroom, but it’s something he can’t bring himself to admit to his brothers. Unknowingly they convince him to set up a perfect night through a private matchmaking agency. He thought one night of experimentation would be enough. But when he meets a vixen under angel’s clothing who makes him want more, can he get past his worries and take her dare for more?

Summer’s daytime job as an elementary school teach fulfills her need to nurture young minds. But her need for a man who’s secure and brave to appreciate and connect with her regardless of her dominatrix tendencies isn’t quite so easy to find. Unable to form bonds with the men she’s seen, she looks to Fanta-C to set her up. She never expect a blind one night stand would lead her to Rafe Steele, a man who fulfilled her in every way she craved. But can she convince him to go for more?

The role reversal is not typical and I found it to be a nice change of pace. I loved how Rafe and Summer fought for control in the bedroom and found Rafe’s turmoil between his manly man demeanor and his desire to submit interesting. So the reason for my rating is that for some reason I couldn’t fully connect with either main characters and also felt it could have been steamier.

I’ve read several of Jennifer Probst’s books and I always enjoy how she writes very likeable characters and an interesting story with a good amount of sexiness and romance. Dare Me is no exception.
Dare Me is novella #3 in Steele Brothers series by Jennifer Probst. Told from both point of view and a happy ending. It can be read as a standalone.

Not The Best Text Book

Bought this book for a class. If I was an instructor this would not be my first choice for a textbook. It's too compact and this makes it boring. The information is not illustrated frequently enough and because there are no solutions to the end of chapter problems, students are not able to progress independently.

Yes, I love a textbook

I find it funny that I am giving an "I love it" rating to a textbook, but this is a good one. The authors have organised the book in a logical order presenting information and concepts so that concepts likely to be unfamiliar to the reader are not introduced till all supporting concepts are taught. There are helpful charts throughout the book where appropriate. I also found the questions at the end of each chapter to be beneficial for encouraging learning. This book focuses specifically on government accounting as the title indicates, however it points out the differences and similarities to private sector accounting where they exist and in a manner which acts to clear up any confusion before it sets in. Language is easy to read and easy to understand and all industry specific terminology is defined when used. Introductory, but in-depth text.

D. Joseph Jacques issued a call to chivalry in our day in his earlier volume, Chivalry-Now. The chivalry to which he invites us has been in short supply since medieval days and King Arthur's knights. In The Deeper Quest he describes the chasm of time separating us from that day and its steep walls built from inattention to the disciplines of philosophy, theology, psychology, politics and the rise of technology. Jacques is a capable advocate for the invitation he makes as he digs deep into these disciplines to help us engineer a way to bridge the chasm. With all the humility and courtesy you would expect from one devoted to The Twelve Trusts (see Chivalry-Now) he invites the reader to think for yourself. Tillich is not a good introduction to the Orthodox

Though there are some redeeming qualities of this book, it reeks of hubris. Conservatives are portrayed as ignorant Neanderthals while Liberals are full of enlightenment and compassion. And, of course, the discredited notions of global warming are presented as if they are established fact. One example of the narrow mindedness of this book is that he states there are two Kairos moments in history: the Golden Age of Greek philosophy and the Enlightenment. Ummm. The advent of Christianity was not a Kairos event?? The Reformation? No, because these do not fit the atheistic, secular tunnel vision of the author. It is telling that his "studied" in Christianity was highly influenced by Paul Tillich. Though his profession was a professor of theology, Tillich was personally an athiest, and his wife made that very clear. He defined God, not as the Personal God of the Bible, but as the "ground of being." Some have called him a panenthiest. At any rate, Tillich is not a good introduction to the Orthodox, Apostles Creed, version of Christianity. Who, by the way, does The Deeper Quest hold up as the best example of enlightenment thinking? The virulent athiest, Voltaire. This would all be fair game if the book was honest enough to say it is a violent attack on the Christian Faith. But the book claims its philosophy is non-sectarian. It is anything but. It is an atheistic and secularist vision for humanity. All of this, wrapped in the imagery of Christian Knights sworn to uphold the faith! This book is a Trojian Horse wanting to enter your soul and take it in the name of his secular religion: Athiesm. Yet, he speaks of Mystery, with a capital M. He wants to see the divine in an orderly creation. All of this without a Creator! This book is a pathetic attempt to have the benefits of Christianity without a Christ. It is a futile and empty attempt.

Required reading for anyone seeking a better path for themselves and the world

Dean Jacques provides in The Deeper Quest a easily understood and actionable dive into many concepts of Western Philosophy that provide a better way forward based on the best thinking of the past. What I liked most about both Chivalry-Now and The Deeper Quest is that the concepts are presented in a non-secular and non-partisan way with ONLY the best interest of the reader in mind. I would highly recommend either of these books for any person that is feeling frustrated with the state of the world or the direction their life is going. It will provide you with the tools to find your own life Quest and travel your life in a way that makes you proud to be alive again.

A life-changing book!

Several years ago, I came upon a small site called Chivalry-Now. I found an intelligent and passionate group of people. This group was having ardent discussions about the state of our world, our politics, and the role of a "modern knight". I was so impressed and then surprised that there was more to learn and understand. First, I picked up Chivalry-Now and then after digesting and applying those principles I was delighted to see that Dean and written an additional book. This book dives deeper and expands the underlying principles and philosophy of Chivalry-Now. Flash forward several years, the impact of this book, this philosophy, and those that I have come to know have inspired me to start my own business using the underlying philosophy. It has strengthened my resolve to be a good man and good person, and I highly recommend that it becomes a part of your library. Take the time...it can change your life!
